Privacy and Legal

The complaints signposting service was originally an idea of the Welsh Government. The service is provided independently by the office of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales.

By making your complaint through the Complaints Wales website, we will need to collect personal information about you. The information you give in the complaint form will be sent to the organisation you wish to make your complaint to.  If you would like to know how the information collected by Complaints Wales may be used please ask our Management Information Officer on 01656 644200, who also deals with requests for access to the personal information we may hold about you.

Privacy and our website
Our website does not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or for them to post information to be accessed by others.

Log files/Traffic monitoring
Log files allow us to record visitors' use of the site. The logs are only used to identify the relative popularity of the pages that comprise the website.
