We provide an independent and impartial service to signpost your complaint to the organisation that provides the service that you wish to complain about, or to the appropriate independent complaint handler or ombudsman.

Our online complaint form will guide you so that your complaint can then be sent directly to the relevant public service provider/complaint handler. (Please be aware that the information that you provide will be sent to the organisation concerned via normal email transmission.)
